I really like this idea, it seems like it could be very successful if executed properly. Several businesses need to have call centers, and this sounds like a relatively low cost solution to implementing one. It also provides the obvious advantage to being able to connect to the call center through Skype right from the web page, which is a very useful idea in today’s world where people are probably more likely to go to a website and find the support section than to dig through for the documentation that came with whatever product or service they need help with to get a phone number, or having to look up the phone number then find a phone and call it. Calls are also free for customers calling in just like you’d expect from any 800 toll free phone number. The launch price is $10 for each agent per month, which certainly isn’t bad.
