The vaporware Phantom console has now not so mysteriously vanished from the Infinium Labs website. The site now promotes a “Phantom Gaming Service” for your Windows PC instead. I guess we can take this as an official cancellation of the Phantom console project. As for the gaming service, apparently it’s supposed to be an on-demand service delivering game titles to you over broadband, an idea which has been done before. So I guess now we can finally forget about this company. Now, where is Duke Nukem Forever?
