Private Infringer (a character in the story) has to deal with Major Restrictions (another character in the story) trying to stop him from committing the Digital Millenium Copyright act. This is the second chapter in the series, in which Private Infringer must assert his rights against stupid intellectual property laws and media companies. The series is a funny read, and actually quite informative. I’d highly recommend it.
